- There is no water connection to the fridge; therefore, the water filter in the fridge is not working.
- The dryer can not be moved from its current position. By doing so, it won't function properly.
- The walls in the bathroom and corridor tend to sweat when there's high humidity. The "marks" on the walls will go away once the humidity is low and by wiping them with a soft cleaner.

- **Anonymous**: "I stayed here for 5 weeks.  Overall, a great experience. The property management was very responsive to minor concerns I had. The property is close to downtown and everywhere in ILM is about 10-20 mins away making it very convenient to explore the city. The neighbors were very helpful and kind. The neighborhood was a little busy with foot and car traffic, but not anything that made the stay uncomfortable.  I would recommend here if you want to stay near downtown or have things to do close by. 
The house was clean overall minus some dust and some other minor maintenance in the overall look of the house. The mattresses weren’t the most comfortable, but everyone prefers something different. I loved the porch sitting area.  The backyard was good space for a dog. 
One thing that should be noted is the toilet. It’s VERY close to the wall and could be an issue for someone with mobility issues. While this isn’t something owners can change it’s important to note. W/D convenient. A good stay." (8/5)
