- **Anonymous**: "Disappointing experience overall. Before arrival, we were asked to pay an extra $75 for early check-in. After checkout, the host requested reimbursement for what they described as a stain, which was about an inch in size and was most likely sunscreen.

The property had several issues: no soap in the bathroom, the bathtub and shower were not very clean, no washer or dryer, almost all pictures and mirrors were crooked, and doors constantly squeaked. Privacy was lacking, as neighbours walked behind the house about 15 feet away at night. 

Despite this, we never complained. We took out all the trash, washed the dishes, stripped the bed, wiped down surfaces, and left the house very clean.

The one positive was that the host responded when I asked about missing AirPods. I later found them outside the house.

Overall, the cleanliness issues, lack of privacy, repeated requests for reviews, and the reimbursement request after checkout especially left a very poor impression" (2/5)
